I Saw the Sun (Güneşi Gördüm) is a Turkish film by Mahsun Kırmızıgül. In the film two brothers go on opposite sides in a Turkish-Kurdish conflict| it opened at the number one position at the Turkish box office in 2009. The film was announced as the Turkish submission to the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in September 2009.。影片讲述了一个女儿在两位母亲之间的撕裂与挣扎的故事，一位是用爱抚养她成长的养母Tina、，另一个则是与她有着血缘关系的亲生母亲Angelica。三个人因爱与伤痛而产生了纽带关系，但被爱围困的女儿究竟该如何抉择，三人各自身份又该如何定义？虽然导演比斯普里只执导过三部长片，但此次的入围是其继影片《处女之誓》后第二次获得柏林电影节金熊奖的提名。。
