奈良の大財閥、大道寺欣造(原田芳雄)の元に一通の脅迫状が届いた。その文面は娘の智子(墨田ユキ)が、慕い寄る男たちを不幸にする「女王蜂」だと決めつけ中傷する悪質なもの。まるで智子の見合いを妨害する意図が感じられる。大道寺家の金庫番・神尾秀子(沢田亜矢子)は、探偵の金田一耕助(古谷一行)にこの事件の調査を依頼した。しばらくして、智子の見合いが始まる。花婿候補3人のうち三宅嘉文(清水冠助)と駒井泰次郎(藤原考一)がまずその席に呼ばれたが、欣造の意にそわない。それもそのはず、欣造は後妻の連れ子である智子を、少女のころに犯した過去があったのだ。やがて、三宅と駒井の2人が次々に殺害される。奈良県警の亀山警部(名古屋章)は、もう一人の花婿候補・遊佐三郎(嵯峨周平)が大道寺家の莫大な資産を独り占めするために殺害したのではないかと調べ始めた。しかし、その遊佐も何者かに...。Maddie (Alexa Barajas, YELLOWJACKETS, THE FLASH) is in trouble.
