1986年德國柏林，英民是一名經濟學家在柏林專修自己的學業，發覺祖國的混亂狀況，為了自己和家庭的未來發展決定投奔北韓，和北韓的接觸當中發現只是利用自己而已，因此英民決定不再跟北韓接觸，也不再考慮投奔北韓，在克本哈根機場通往東柏林的移民檢查站上，英民的老婆和小女兒被北韓情報員擄獲，並且北韓要求英民做南韓的間諜，而西德高層同時也要求英民做北韓的間諜，一場緊張又刺激的諜報戰就此展開……。讲述80年代生人的一个男孩，从出生未见过父母，和爷爷奶奶一起在农村生活，长大后父母接他回城市里和父母产生了很多矛盾和隔阂，童年的无忧快乐和成年的矛盾构成了鲜明的对比。。Aspiring filmmakers Mel Funn, Marty Eggs and Dom Bell go to a financially troubled studio with an idea for a silent movie. In an effort to make the movie more marketable, they attempt to recruit a number of big name stars to appear, while the studio's creditors attempt to thwart them. The film contains only one word of dialogue, spoken by an unlikely source.。
