Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。这是一个有关石窟、岁月、与人的故事。2024年，敦煌研究院迎来建院八十周年，敦煌莫高窟则已绵延一千六百多年。摄制组花费近两年时间扎根敦煌研究院，与美术师、雕塑师、文物管理员、讲解员等朝夕相处，长时间纪实性跟拍，聚焦四季轮回中不变的守护，呈现“文物不老”的故事。何为敦煌？何以敦煌？敦煌何往？新一代敦煌人有自己的答案。。
