Merel has no choice but...。安托瓦内特（劳尔·卡拉米饰）是一名教师，她正期待着和秘密情人弗拉基米尔（本杰明·拉维赫尼饰）一起度过计划已久的暑假。弗拉基米尔是她一个学生的父亲，然而弗拉基米尔却告知她计划必须取消，他不得不陪妻子与女儿去徒步旅行，安托瓦内特决定跟随他们的足迹，和一只名叫帕特里克的驴一起。。迈克尔来到其父亲的居所度假，却接二连三的遇上怪事，最后他才得知这都是父亲搞的鬼，目的是为了让他成为鸟人（不是天使……）。
